Meditation
Meditation has been recorded in history for thousands of years dating back to ancient times. Indian artifacts reveal the existence of a meditation called Tantra dating back 5000 years.
In any time where a person’s mind is either totally quiet or completely focused (without thought outside of one particular chosen stream,) meditation is being practiced. This can be achieved in a wide variety of ways and through a diverse range of meditation styles and techniques.

If you practice meditation for at least 20 minutes every day, you will discover life changing benefits on many levels. Some of these benefits will include:
- A significant reduction in the effects of stress in your life
- A greater sense of calm and peacefulness
- More clarity of thought
- Greater self-confidence and improved self esteem
- A sense of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing
- Better sleep
- More physical energy
- Increased motivation
- Improvements in general health
- Assistance in the treatment of illness and disease

Meditation can be used during treatments to find answers to what is blocking you and visualisation to change the neural pathways in the brain, creating new thought patterns and behaviours.
