WHAT IS TRIGGERING YOUR SENSITIVE CHILD?
Do you have a sensitive child? They come with many names, ADHD, Aspergers, Autistic, hyperactive, naughty, over-emotional, speech delays, selective mutism, anxiety, depression, behaviour problems, delayed, psychic, the highly sensitive child and more... Often paired with allergies, gut problems and skin problems, these sensitive little souls have their work cut out for them to stay on top of things and as their parents and carers, so do we!
The following list has been compiled from my own experience working and living with these guys and of course, I am highly sensitive myself, making me the perfect candidate to figure out what makes these kids tick! The higher the score on this list, the higher the chance that your little bundle of sensitive joy will reduce if not eliminate most, if not all their symptoms and mood dysfunction.
I'm not a Doctor, I'm a Bowen therapist, massage therapist, musculoskeletal therapist, diploma qualified counsellor, holistic counsellor, meditation teacher, chair yoga instructor, Holographic Kinetics Practitioner, Body Talk Practitioner and medical intuitive and Im currently studying a triple advanced diploma in naturopathy, western herbal medicine and nutrition. Ive worked in youth shelters, child care centres and fostered over 50 disadvantaged children... I'M NOT A DOCTOR AND NOT QUALIFIED to give all sorts of advice... BUT... This is my experience... the higher the score, the happier and healthier the child... Goodluck!
